These terms are between you and Consult-ify Pvt. Ltd., which operates CAMP by Consult-ify at https://camp.consult-ify.com. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise using the platform, you agree to them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a college, school or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• Give us accurate details and keep them current. We verify your email with a one-time code before the account becomes active.
• One account per person. Do not share your login, and do not use anyone else’s.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.
• On verification we issue you a CAMP ID. It identifies you on enrolments, certificates and support requests.
• If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and consent to your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other learners at risk.

Course prices are shown in Nepali Rupees on each course page and include any discount then running. A discount applies only while it is displayed — once its window closes, the full price applies.

Paid enrolments go through Khalti. Your place is confirmed once we receive and verify the payment; until then the enrolment is pending and does not give access. Free courses are confirmed immediately.

Where a course has limited seats or a start date, we say so on the course page. If we have to cancel or reschedule a course, we will tell you and you can choose a full refund or a place on the next run.

Enrolments are personal to you. You may not transfer, resell or share access with anyone else.

You can buy one or more seats on a course as a gift. You pay up front and we issue a link the recipient uses to claim a seat, subject to the same terms as any other enrolment.

Unclaimed gift seats can be refunded on request. Once a seat has been claimed, it follows the refund rules below and only the person who claimed it can use it.

CAMP membership comes in tiers, each one adding to the tier below it. Membership is currently free for everyone while we launch — there is no card to add and nothing to cancel.

When paid membership begins, we will tell existing members before we charge anyone, and you will be able to decline. Changing tiers up or down takes effect from the change, not retroactively.

Membership benefits are what the membership page describes at the time you join. We may add benefits freely; if we remove a material one, we will tell members first.

• If we cancel a course, you get a full refund or a place on the next run — your choice.
• If you withdraw more than seven days before the course starts, you get a full refund.
• Within seven days of the start, or after the course has begun, fees are not refundable, because the seat is held and material has been released.
• Unclaimed gift seats are refundable in full at any time before they are claimed.
• If a payment fails, is taken twice or does not match your enrolment, tell us and we will fix it — that is not a refund, it is our error.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account address with your CAMP ID and the course name. Approved refunds return by the method you paid with, usually within 10 working days.

Events listed on CAMP are published for information. Registration and payment for events do not currently run through this website — where a place must be booked, the event page or our team will tell you how.

Details, dates and venues can change, and events can be cancelled at short notice. We will keep the listing current, but please check before travelling.

You can review a course once you are enrolled in it, and only once. You can edit or delete your review at any time; you cannot post a second one.

Reviews must be your own honest experience. Do not post anything false, abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or that reveals someone else’s personal information. Do not post on behalf of someone else or in exchange for payment.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on CAMP and in material about the course it concerns, for as long as it is published.

We can remove content that breaks these rules. If we remove yours, we will tell you why.

We issue a certificate when you complete a course to the standard that course sets. A certificate records what you completed; it is not a professional or statutory qualification and does not guarantee employment.

Certificates are personal and non-transferable. We may verify a certificate on request and revoke one obtained through misrepresentation, impersonation or fraud.

Use CAMP for learning. Do not:

• Copy, record, download, resell or redistribute course material, or share it outside the platform.
• Share your account or let anyone else use your enrolment.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the platform, or use it to train a model without our written permission.
• Probe, attack, overload or attempt to bypass our security, rate limits or access controls.
• Upload malware, or files that are not what they claim to be.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate other learners, instructors or staff.
• Use CAMP for anything unlawful under Nepali law.

Breaking these rules can cost you your account and any unused enrolment, without refund.

Course material, lecture notes, the CAMP name and logo, and the design and code of this site belong to Consult-ify Pvt. Ltd. or our instructors and partners.

Enrolling buys you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for your own learning, for as long as your enrolment lasts. It does not transfer ownership and it does not let you teach from, publish or sell the material.

If you believe something on CAMP infringes your copyright, email us with the detail and we will investigate and act.

CAMP relies on Khalti for payments, Google for optional sign-in and push delivery, Brevo for email and Amazon Web Services for storage. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

We work to keep CAMP available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change, add or withdraw features.

If we withdraw something you have paid for and cannot offer a fair equivalent, we will refund the unused part.

CAMP is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nepali law.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Closing it ends your access to enrolled courses; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we stop operating the platform — in the last case we will give notice and refund the unused part of anything you have paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes go to the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We update these terms as the platform changes, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use CAMP after that means you accept the new terms.
